On the 12th of November on the current consoles and the cloud services Google Stadia was the release of the dance game Just Dance 2021, whose playlist includes some of the most popular songs and tracks by Russian artists. We danced non-stop while exposing pets and furniture and are now ready to share our thoughts on the game.

As I mentioned in the Just Dance 2020 review, my knowledge of the series dates back several years and I’ve played nearly every aspect of the show. There is a basic knowledge of how the show has changed and where it’s going. Each time a new version is released, the creators introduce new features, but the gameplay is the same. We are encouraged to dance, repeating the moves of the avatar’s television screen, and scoring points for precision.

The games from the series released via PlayStation 3, Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360 used special controllers to play them, it’s simpler today. You can certainly purchase the Kinect as well as PS Move for Just Dance but why do you’re using an iPhone?

Install the app, connect to identical network that your console is on and you’re dancing to the beat, holding the device tightly in your left hand. Connecting to the network is instantaneous and there’s fewer lost connections than before.

This method definitely comes with a few drawbacks: It is possible to lose your Smartphone as well as the massive weight of modern mobile devices leaves you exhausted after just five or six hours. Furthermore, the game cannot detect the other limbs or body movements when you are using your smartphone, meaning you could become lazy and only wave with your left hand.

However it’s the cheapest optionif you’re throwing an evening party at home and wish to enjoy dance games there will never be anyone stuck without an appropriate controller except for those with smartphones. In general, despite the abundance of alternative devices (PS Camera, Kinect, and others) it is the norm for people to select the most obvious option.

In terms of gameplay it is as mentioned above dancing remains the main basis. Once you’ve selected a track and selecting a trainer, one or more will be displayed on the screen, and whose moves you must copy. To make things even easier, there’s an “ticker tape” located at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, which contains the dance steps closest to you (you can disable them in case you don’t wish to hear the cues) as well as in the left-hand corner are the lyrics for the song should you be singing along with your favorite artist!

The game’s developers are regularly releasing videos on how to capture dance moves within the game. It’s quite interesting and informative.
